Mark founded WestRex Services, Queensland’s premier hazardous waste management company, with multiple facilities across the state and aspirations for diverse processing expansions, including composting.
Peter boasts 25 years in Australia’s waste management sector, holding top roles at Veolia, Toxfree Solutions, and BHP. He’s served on various industry boards and advised waste management firms.
Joshua serves as the Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer with Alvia Asset Partners. His diverse 16-year experience in business and finance spans multiple industries and geographies.

Kaitlin’s 14-year experience in the waste industry spans areas such as environment, legal, people and industrial relations, compliance, systems insurance, and governance. Currently, she heads Corporate Governance for JJ Richards & Sons Pty Ltd and its associated entities.

With 23 years of industry experience, Rachel has worked in operational, health & safety, environment, and quality roles, having held leadership positions at Toxfree and Cleanaway.
Elliot brings over eight years of experience in the waste industry. His previous roles include Group Head of Financial Performance at Cleanaway and Commercial Finance Manager.
